Returns & Exchanges

We offer a credit note or exchange on returned items in perfect condition, with all tags and packaging intact within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we do not credit Freight Costs.
 
Credit Notes are Valid for 6 Months & can be redeemed via phone or email on any items listed online. Simply call 03 9770 2233 or email contact@myndinteriors.com.au with full item details of what you wish to redeem your credit note on. Lead times are applicable on some items as outlined in item descriptions.
 
The customer is responsible for Postage costs back to Mynd Interiors.
 
When returning goods please use a reliable and trackable method of postage, as Mynd Interiors will not be held responsible for any items you return which go missing or become damaged in transit. 
 
No Credit or exchange is offered on custom ordered items such as Artwork, Furniture & Mirrors.
 
Our Sale items are Final sale and can not be returned – Please choose carefully.
 
All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive to you safely through reasonable handling during transit. We are not responsible for damage resulting from abnormal or extreme delivery conditions for eg if Parcel is Visually damaged, opened etc when it arrives to you – please contact Courier or Post Service immediately to process a claim on your damaged parcel due to mishandling.
